One of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc.’s (ML&P) two principal wholly owned subsidiaries, Kapalua Land Company, Ltd. (KLC) is dedicated to the management of the Kapalua Resort community and to the development and sale of real estate on the Resort.
